Bronze Tier
I started in Bronze IV and stayed in Bronze for over 3 months moving up to Bronze 1 and back to Bronze V multiple times. I'm telling you First hand, I've been through ELO HELL.
To me, bronze is about mechanics. Nothing really else, learning your champion, the roles and getting decent at them where you can out play others. I don't exactly remember how I did it, but I think I just kept playing Miss Fortune and smashing my bot lane by simply learning 3 things.
1. CSing
2. Harassing
3. Push to Win

Creep Score (aka, cs)
There is honestly no real trick to it. Practice.
For the next however many games, let's say 5, you don't focus on anything except getting your cs as high as possible. I use to do a custom game, but honestly it's boring as hell. So I wouldn't ask you to do the same.
Everyone says to shoot for 70 cs for the first 10 mins and 150 for 20 mins. It's a good goal to shoot for in a Custom Game. Hit 70cs by 10 mins in a custom, you're good to get out of Bronze, hell, that'll get you to Gold.
Just remember once in a real game you'll have to do it while getting harassed, and a bunch of other things happening to you.
But Honestly, it changes game per game. My main to climb out of Bronze was ADC. I've seen games, and played in games where both adcs had around 30 cs at the 10 minute mark but we each had 4 kills and/or deaths.
The trick is to watch your own creeps and see what their hitting next. Link to Creep Score for first 20 mins: HERE

Harass/Lane Dominance
Basically when the enemy gets close to cs, you hit him/her.
Watch out for zones of influence with the positioning of your support and the enemy support and adcs.
You keep doing that until they cannot get close to cs without them dying. That's really it.
Easy to say, difficult to do.

This can get extremely deep with lane matchups depending on adcs, support matchups, and combination matchups, not to mention the jungler showing up, item build, skill cooldowns, pushing lane to level first, etc
.In all honestly, bronze elo, the supports usually do nothing. And usually, the other two bronze enemies don't know how to react to harass, they usually just run. And usually by the time you kill them, you're strong enough to kill the jungler when he arrives too, so just beat them up in lane.

Pushing to win
Then you just push the lane all the way until they combo gank you and you cannot win there anymore.
Answer, rotate to Mid and push mid, then rotate top, then just shove every tower down. I honestly prefer continually killing the bot laners and junglers so that mid and top have to go to bot to kill me. Then I usually just run away.
In fact, I don't even care if I don't have a support and ward the river and their blue or red for myself to keep pushing.
Usually by then, the top and mid laners on your team can just keep pushing and keep map pressure the entire game.

Closing Notes
I hope this works for you, it worked for me. I highly do not recommend boosting by support. I tried it. Usually people don't know what their doing in bronze, just carry yourself out.
What it really comes down to is mechanics, can you out play the people in front of you? Once you got the general idea of your champion, you should have no problem stomping.

Elo Hell
There is a ton more to cover on this subject... I'm telling you now and listen to this. There is no ELO Hell. I'm telling you as a Gold player who decided to do ranked Duos with a friend who was in bronze IV. I wrecked my lane everygame. There is something you need to learn if you're "stuck" in your elo. I noticed all these mistakes and bloopers my enemy lane and support were doing, which I was Never AWARE of when I was in bronze. It makes me wonder how many mistakes I make now that I don't even know that a platinum or diamond or challenger would notice.
With this setup, I'd usually got 15+ kills/game pretty steadily, some games I'd still lose and it's just the way it is.... people do stupid things for whatever reason they think they're right so there is honestly no point in correcting them because they'll just get butthurt and go on tilt spending more time typing then playing. Just work on YOUR OWN game.
This was not fast for me, it took me 3 months with the first 2 months no intention of winning, just trying all the different champs and lanes out.
Well, Wish you best of Luck, and I'll see you in Silver!
